Who we are

TicketScope ("we", "us", "our") operates ticketscope.net. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Order details: name, email, and payment information when you buy a ticket. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor, so we never see or store your full card number.
Enquiry details: name, email, and phone number if you register interest in an event or enquire about a VIP hospitality package.
Newsletter signup: your email address, if you subscribe to our mailing list, via Mailchimp.
Basic usage data: standard website analytics (pages visited, general location by country/region), used to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your ticket order
To respond to enquiries about events or hospitality packages
To send you marketing emails, only if you've actively subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time
To improve the site based on how it's actually used

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run TicketScope, each of whom processes data on our behalf:

Stripe: payment processing
Google (Google Sheets): order and enquiry record-keeping
Mailchimp: email newsletter delivery
Netlify: website hosting

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order and enquiry records are kept for 6 years, in line with standard UK accounting and tax record-keeping requirements. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@ticketscope.net.

Cookies

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used. Plausible is cookie-free and doesn't track you individually across sites, so no cookie consent banner is required for this.
