Are these tickets guaranteed genuine?
Yes. Every ticket listed on TicketScope is checked for authenticity before it goes on sale.
What does "Verified resale" mean?
It means this ticket was sourced and checked by TicketScope rather than sold on our own behalf as the event's official ticketing partner. Some events on TicketScope are marked "Official Seller" instead — both are equally checked for authenticity, this badge is just about where the ticket came from.
How will I receive my ticket?
Digitally, sent to the email address you provide at checkout, ahead of the event.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through PayPal or BitPay (for crypto) — TicketScope never sees or stores your card, account, or wallet details.

Will the ticket be in someone else's name?
No — unlike some larger international festivals, Reminisce Festival tickets aren't personalised to a specific named individual, so there's no name-matching check at entry to worry about. Your ticket works the same regardless of whose name is on the original booking.
Is it safe to buy a resold festival ticket?
It depends entirely on the event and the seller. Some festivals lock tickets to a specific name checked against ID at the gate, making unofficial resale risky. Reminisce Festival doesn't work that way — but we still only list tickets we've checked for authenticity first, rather than relying on that alone.
