Terms & Refund Policy
Updated 20 October 2026
About TicketScope
TicketScope sells official tickets on behalf of event promoters and venues. Official tickets are sold at the promoter's price plus our booking fee.
Placing an order
When you buy a ticket, you're entering into a contract with TicketScope. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, your order is final subject to the refund terms below.
Ticket delivery
Official tickets are issued and emailed to the address provided at checkout straight after payment is confirmed.
Buying a ticket as a gift
If you choose to send a ticket as a gift, it's delivered directly to the recipient's email address rather than yours. The contract for the purchase remains between you (the buyer) and TicketScope, any refund, in the event one is due under the policy below, will be issued back to the original payment method used, not to the recipient.
Refunds for official (primary) tickets
These terms apply to orders placed on or after 23 September 2026. Orders placed before that date are covered by the terms in force when the order was placed.
Booking fee. Our booking fee is charged for our booking service. It is shown in the price before you pay, and it is not refundable, including if an event is cancelled, postponed or moved, except where we are at fault (see "Problems with your ticket").
If an event is cancelled. We will refund the ticket price to the card or account you paid with, without you needing to ask, within 14 days of the cancellation being announced.
If an event is postponed or moved to a different venue. Your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend, you may ask for a refund of the ticket price by replying to the email we send you about the change. You must ask by the end of the 14th day after the change is announced (UK time). After that, your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue but cannot be refunded.
Change of mind. Tickets are for events on a specific date, so the 14-day cancellation period for online purchases does not apply. We do not give refunds because your plans change.
Problems with your ticket. If your ticket does not arrive or cannot be used and this is our fault, we will replace it or give you a full refund, including the booking fee.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Official ticket prices include the promoter's ticket price and our booking fee as one total shown before you pay. Prices may change before an order is placed; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Your responsibilities
